I ordered online and picked it up the next day, and it was smoother than I expected. I’m usually loyal to another store, so I wasn’t sure if I’d end up regretting switching it up, but the staff had everything ready right away and I didn’t have to stand around waiting. Super easy process overall, and I’d definitely use pickup again.

Customer service got back to me way too late. Not ideal...

One of our chairs started having an issue after a few months, and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do or what would even be covered. I reached out to Urban Barn and they replied quickly, which was a relief. They asked for a couple photos, I sent those over, and somehow they got the warranty sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. It did take a bit of time, and I was a little confused on the timing here and there, but overall I’m really happy with how they dealt with it.

When the table arrived, I immediately had a bad feeling as soon as I noticed the scratch. It just didn’t feel great getting something new in that condition. I reached out to support, and they were okay to deal with—not amazing, but helpful enough. Overall, I wish the table had arrived in better shape, but the customer service wasn’t terrible.

I picked up a coffee table and a couple of cushions from Urban Barn, and overall I’m happy with them. It’s definitely not the cheapest place to shop, but the quality does feel a bit better than some other stuff I’ve seen around the same price. The table feels solid and looks just like it did in the photos, which was a relief. Delivery was straightforward too, nothing exciting but no issues. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if there was a sale.

I did a design consultation with Urban Barn and overall I was happy with it. The designer was easy to talk to, listened to what I had in mind, and gave me some simple, useful ideas for my living room, especially around the colors and layout.

The only downside was that the follow-up email took a little longer than I expected, and a couple of the items we talked about were out of stock. Still, it was a good experience and I’d use the service again.

I bought a new sofa from Urban Barn the payment process was a lot smoother than I expected. I’ve looked at a few other furniture stores where the financing options felt confusing or kind of hidden until the last step, but Urban Barn made it clear. I liked being able to choose a payment option that didn’t require paying everything upfront. Checkout was simple, no surprise fees or weird complications, and it made the whole purchase feel a lot less stressful

I ordered a side table from Urban Barn and overall it’s close to what I expected from the photos, the size is right, the colour looks about the same, and it fits the space nicely enough so there wasn’t any big surprise when it arrived.

The only thing is the description made the finish sound a bit smoother than it actually is, and it also didn’t mention that the top seems to scratch easily which I noticed faster than I would’ve liked, I still like the table and I’m keeping it, but I do think the product details could’ve been clearer, so for me it’s not bad but not perfect, probably 3 stars.

I went in just to check out a sofa, and at first I was like, okay, this place looks nice. The store was clean and everything was set up well. The staff I did talk to were friendly, but wow, finding someone when I actually needed help was a whole different story. One minute I was impressed, the next I was annoyed walking around trying to flag someone down. Prices seemed fine, not terrible, but not exactly a deal either. Overall, decent visit, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I really liked that Urban Barn had a good amount of ways to customize things, especially with fabrics and colors. I was trying to find something that actually worked in my room, and it was nice not feeling stuck with only a couple of basic choices. The only thing is, I did have to guess a bit—actually, I had to spend some time figuring out what a few options would look like in person. Overall, I’m happy with it. Giving 4 stars because I just wish there were more preview photos.

My order ended up being wrong, which was frustrating since my sister and I were both waiting on it. I reached out to support, but it took longer than I expected to hear back and get things sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience, but definitely could have been smoother...

The person helping me was polite and friendly enough. No issue there. But the whole thing felt a bit rushed. Like they were trying to move on quickly. Not a terrible experience, just not as relaxed or thorough as I expected.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, sending updates every so often so I wasn’t sitting there guessing what was going on. Probably checked in a few times from start to finish, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier

I got this mainly because I needed something simple and didn’t want to spend too much, and for the most part it does what I expected. It looks okay, was easy enough to use, and I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. That said, after handling it a bit, you can definitely tell it’s not the sturdiest thing. It’s decent overall, but it does feel a little flimsy.

I really wanted to like this because it looks nice, but of course it ended up being uncomfortable for me. After sitting in it for a while, it starts to hurt, and I feel like I’m the one stuck dealing with it. It’s fine if you only care about looks, but for actual comfort, it didn’t work out for me
